We are looking for some key people to join our team in helping keep the National Hockey Centre in fighting fit shape, and deliver an outstanding experience for our users and North Harbour Hockey Association members.

This role is a part time and casual position, so suits someone looking to either reenter the workforce or someone studying that only requires part time work. There are multiple roles in this position.

We are looking for someone who has the professionalism and confidence necessary to represent the venue our customers and who takes care in their work. We are the team that sets up breaks down and maintains the National Hockey Centre for all of its users. We excel at being the people behind the curtain and making the visitor experience happen. Key responsibilities of the Venue Team are:

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

*The ability to work unsupervised and problem solve.
*Self Motivation & the desire to learn
*A passion for delivering great service and achieving a high sense of customer satisfaction
*Previous experience in a venue is ideal, but not essential.
*Ability to develop and maintain strong team relationships through taking ownership of the quality of service delivered to our customers
